I made chocolate eclairs today... and yesterday. they were really good but it took about 4 and a half hours to make the chocolate frosting.Heres that story: Mom found a recipe for frosting but it was a weird one but she made me make it anyways. So i made it and it looked really watery so Mom made her own batch. The recipe didn't really have directions it only gave you the ingredients and said to put them on these weird cookies. So i make my batch and Mom's came of the pot all grainy so i got to laugh at her and call Grandma to get the real recipe. So anyways up there is a picture of the final product.

School
Today was my first day of school! It was really fun all of my teachers are really cool. The teachers didn't even give me homework. But they did give Mom some homework.(~; The science teacher was really cool because we got to blow stuff up,well no explosions but she mixed up this stuff and it expanded so that it was about a foot out of the jar! Ours was the biggest of all her periods!
